Nice custom made cover. I give 4 stars rating because of a minor scratch on the side of the cover. Shipping box was in good shape. So it could be a quality control issue before shipping out.

I ordered a spa cover that was the same make and model of my spa. Lifesmart Curacao DLX LS550 Plus 45-Jet, 5-Person Spa which I double checked to be same make and model number. As you can see the cover does is too long and does not fit which is a huge disappointment and will definitely effect the usefulness. I ordered from you instead of other companies because you customized to specific spas but that seemed to really backfire : (

We ordered a new spa cover from Cover Brothers and we couldn’t be happier with the product … and more importantly, the exceptional customer service! I made a mistake on the order, and Mike called me to double check the model number I provided. Our spa has a waterfall and I had inadvertently ordered the cover without this detail … had Mike not gone the extra to ensure the information provided was correct, we would’ve been stuck with a cover that wouldn’t have fit. Blanket arrived was able to install it on the roller. It is heavier quality than we had in the past. I am happy with the blanket and only lose a couple degrees at night. I use it in conjunction with my solar panels to heat the pool during the day and put it on in the evening to reduce the heat loss

Really not a whole lot more the covers a great fit. It’s super light yeah we’re very happy with the product as I said in the video. Keep up the good work guys.

Love our new cover. It is so much lighter and better looking than the typical Vinyl cover. Got the upgraded Atlantis fabric and it looks great. Cover Brothers were very helpful. I had questions about the skirt length due to my cover lifter setup and they asked for pictures and gave me recommendations. Great company to work with.

Well built cover, excellent material and craftmenship. Vapor barrier in the underside feels and looks like better material then the original cover I had. A couple of vents to let it breath or air out any accumulated moisture.Handles are firm and thick. Customer service followed up with a call to confirm cover and skirt sizes. Thought I was to add a 1" to my measurements but oh well still fits nicely. Definitely would recommend Cover Bros.(Made in Canada )
The center area holds water on it in the middle when it rains.
Very disappointed that the plastic is not shrink wrapped around the styrofoam. It causes water to sit on the cover.
