7-Year Pro-Rated Warranty

The Cover Brothers (“Company”) extends this 7-Year Pro-Rated Warranty (“Warranty”) to the original purchaser (“Customer”) of the hot tub cover (the “Cover”), subject to the following terms and conditions. This warranty applies to the specific hot tub cover described below:


Hot Tub Cover Description:

Product: Hot Tub Cover
Order Number: [4-digit number on original receipt]


Warranty Duration:

This warranty is valid for a period of seven (7) years from the date of purchase (the “Warranty Period”).


Warranty Coverage:

During the Warranty Period, the Company will repair or replace, at its discretion, any defective parts or materials of the Cover. Coverage is pro-rated over the 7-year period as outlined below.
(Customer is responsible for freight/shipping costs if applicable.)


Pro-Rated Coverage:

  • Year 1: Full coverage – repair or replacement at no charge
  • Year 2: Customer responsible for 40% of repair/replacement cost
  • Year 3: Customer responsible for 50% of repair/replacement cost
  • Year 4: Customer responsible for 60% of repair/replacement cost
  • Year 5: Customer responsible for 70% of repair/replacement cost
  • Year 6: Customer responsible for 80% of repair/replacement cost
  • Year 7: Customer responsible for 90% of repair/replacement cost

Warranty Exclusions:

This Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation
  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic imperfections
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Damage caused by extreme environmental conditions, including but not limited to excessive humidity or temperature
  • Damage resulting from failure to follow product instructions or maintenance guidelines

Obtaining Warranty Service:

If you believe your Cover is covered under this Warranty, please contact The Cover Brothers:

To initiate a claim, you will be required to provide:

  • Proof of purchase (original sales receipt)
  • Copy of the warranty card provided at delivery
  • Description of the issue, including photos

The Cover Brothers will review the claim and provide next steps for repair or replacement.


Limitations of Liability:

The Company’s liability under this Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts or materials. The Cover Brothers shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.


Transferability:

This Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.


By making a purchase, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this 7-Year Pro-Rated Warranty.
