The Cover Brothers (“Company”) extends this 4-Year Pro-Rated Warranty (“The Warranty”)  to the original purchaser (“Customer”) of the hot tub cover (the “Cover”), subject to the  following terms and conditions. This warranty applies to the specific hot tub cover described as  follows: 

 

Hot Tub Cover Description: 
  • Product: Hot Tub Cover 
  • Order Number: [4-digit number on original receipt] 
Warranty Duration:
This warranty is valid for a period of four (4) years from the date of purchase (the “Warranty  Period”). 

Warranty Coverage: 
During the Warranty Period, the “Company” will repair or replace, at its discretion, any defective  parts or materials of the cover at no charge to the customer. The coverage is pro-rated over the 4- year period as outlined below. (The customer will be responsible for freight if needed.) 

Pro-Rated Coverage: 
  •  Year 1: Full coverage – Company will repair or replace any defective parts free of  charge.
  • Year 2: Customer is responsible for a 50% contribution toward the repair or replacement  costs.
  • Year 3: Customer is responsible for a 75% contribution toward the repair or replacement  costs.
  • Year 4: Customer is responsible for a 100% contribution toward the repair or  replacement costs.

Warranty Exclusions: 
This Warranty does not cover: 
  • Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation. 
  •  Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to cosmetic imperfections.
  •  Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  • Damage caused by exposure to extreme environmental conditions, including but not  limited to excessive humidity, temperature, or atmospheric conditions.
  • Damage resulting from failure to follow product instructions or maintenance guidelines. 

 

Obtaining Warranty Service: 
If you believe your Cover is covered by this Warranty, please contact The Cover Brothers  through the following methods:

To initiate the warranty claim, you will be required to provide the following information: 
  1. Proof of purchase (e.g., a copy of the original sales receipt)
  2. A copy of the warranty card delivered with the hot tub cover on the date of delivery
  3. A description of the issue and the circumstances under which it occurred, as well as  pictures. 

The Cover Brothers will evaluate the warranty claim and provide instructions on how to proceed  with the repair or replacement process. 

Limitations of Liability: 
The Cover Brothers' liability under this Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the  defective parts or materials of the Cover. In no event shall The Cover Brothers be liable for any  consequential or incidental damages. 

Transferability: 
This Warranty is non-transferable and is only applicable to the original purchaser. 
By making a purchase, Customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions of this 4- Year Pro-Rated Warranty for the Hot Tub Cover.
