Shipping Policy: All hot tub covers are built to fit your spa needs, Our hot tub covers are custom built in Ontario Canada and shipped directly to your front door. Since all of our covers are made to order, your cover may take 3-4 weeks depending on seasonal volumes.

Your new hot tub cover will be delivered by Fedex,UPS or Sameday Courier. Once the cover is shipped you will be provided with a tracking number sent to your email you provided. Once the cover has left our factory please make sure to check with your courier since the product is no longer in our hands.

If you do wish to cancel your order within 48 hours a $75 dollar cancellation fee will apply. After 48 hours production begins and your order can not be cancelled.

Free Shipping is included to 98% to homes and business across Canada! If you do live in the 2% of rural Canada we will ship to your local depot for pickup at no cost!
