Upon contacting The Cover Brothers I was able to speak to George who was exceptionally helpful, polite and a pleasure to speak to. It was great to have that personal contact vs. pressing buttons to reach someone. I was told the cover would arrive in 2 weeks and true to their word the cover arrived in two weeks. When I had a question and called again I spoke to the same person who again was so pleasant. I was extremely pleased with the cover that was well packed for delivery. It was a pleasure dealing with this company and I highly recommend them. Keep up the good work and the honesty and efficiency you demonstrated.

If I could give this company 10 stars I would. I sent an email to George on a Saturday and he responded quickly and said he would call me the next day. I thought this was a mistake as it would have been a Sunday. George did in fact call me. I had a very good idea of which options I wanted and George was very helpful making suggestions reassuring me that I had made good choices. I gave him the make and model of our present cover as well as the measurements. George said they have the template for the make and model we have. I did measure the width, length and radius just as instructed on the website. I had mentioned to George that our cover was not in very good shape and he said the cover could be delivered in 2 weeks. Well, we had our cover in 2 weeks just as George said. The cover fits perfectly and the straps align with our previous hardware so we didn’t have to swap out the hardware. George was pretty sure it would align. The colour is perfect. I am so glad that I decided to order from Cover Brothers as the cover is made from start to finish in Canada. The colour was true to the website photos. When we first put our cover on it was a bit snug and hard to get on but within a day fit perfectly. Price was very competitive and order was delivered on time.

I have just recently purchased my 3rd replacement Hot Tub cover for my 16-year-old Hot Tub. In searching for an alternative supplier, I found the Cover Brothers. Once the cover arrived it was all that I hoped it would be. The premium fabric on both the top and underside of the covers and the reinforced hinge cover look great. As stated when I placed my order, our new cover was delivered within the timeframe. It was a very easy ordering process and the cover met all the requirements to keep our spa warm for several more years. Pass experience has not been so efficient or in one case, timely. The only flaw in the process was delivery, which was not coordinated in any way. We were surprised to find our new cover leaning against our garage, as we were driving out to go shopping. The delivery person did not even ring the bell. Other than Day & Ross making an Amazon like escape our experience with Cover Bros. was quire acceptable.

Just received my diamond+ replacement cover for my jacuzzi J365 and I couldn't be happier with the quality, speed of delivery, and most importantly, the customer service. Dealing with George (one of the actual Brothers!) was fantastic. Super helpful and informative. He steered me away from the upgrades I didn't need and directing towards the ones worth getting. I'm a cautious online shopper so I spoke to about 4 Canadian companies, all of whom had very similar offers at similar price points. It was absolutely the customer service that made the difference here. The other companies just asked dimensions and gave me a price. George was interested in how old the spa was (which helped determine which upgrades made sense) and walked me through all my options never once trying to oversell me something I didn't need. Case in point, I was considering upgrading to the marine fabric (whatever it's called), but given my spa is a 2013, he said not to bother paying for the extra cost, as their standard vinyl would likely outlive a 2013 spa. Great experience. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a new spa cover.

Just purchased my second cover from these guys, this one for the cottage. Great service, great product and they have a bunch of quality upgrades that in my experience are well worthwhile if you want your cover to last. Easy to do business with as well.

Great hot tub cover, came on time and fits well. Just have a slight manufacturing issue that I missed or it just happened where the zipper is starting to separate. I hope the Cover brothers help with this.

I purchased a replacement cover for an Aquaterra hot tub about 3 months ago. Excellent quality, much better than the stock cover that came with the tub and the hydro bill reflects that. Lots of options to choose from too.
