Rubber Handles

Made from high-quality rubber, these handles offer a secure, slip-resistant grip for effortless hot tub cover handling. Built for comfort and durability, they make lifting your cover quick and easy every time.

8 mil Vapour Barrier

A vapour barrier is crucial for maintaining structural integrity, preventing mold, improving energy efficiency, and protecting your hot tub from moisture-related damage.

Full Centre Seal

The full center seal on a hot tub cover is an important feature for several key reasons, all of which contribute to the effectiveness, longevity, and performance of your hot tub. This type of seal runs along the middle of the cover, ensuring a tight, secure closure when the cover is in place.

2 lb Polystyrene WALK ON

The denser the insulation, the better it can resist heat transfer, which leads to reduced heating costs and less energy consumption. Our 2lb polystyrene is moisture-resistant, which makes it an ideal material for a hot tub cover. Hot tubs are exposed to a lot of water, and if the insulation inside the cover absorbs moisture, it can become less effective and even degrade. This means it will maintain its insulating properties longer than other materials that might become waterlogged.

Overlap Skirt

An overlap skirt on a hot tub cover plays a significant role in enhancing the insulation, protection, and aesthetic appeal of the cover. We extend the skirt covering the hinge point in the centre of the cover allowing for minimal heat loss.

Triple Stitched Over The Hinge

Triple stitching the hinge of your hot tub cover is a highly beneficial upgrade that significantly increases the durability, resilience, and longevity of the cover. It provides extra strength, prevents damage, and improves load-bearing capacity, all while maintaining a clean and professional look. With triple stitching, your hot tub cover is better able to withstand the stresses of constant use, harsh weather, and environmental factors, ultimately saving you money on repairs and replacements and ensuring a safer, more reliable hot tub experience.

Chemical Resistant Energy Saving

Chemical-resistant energy-saving liner for your hot tub is a great investment for improving both performance and efficiency. It helps protect your hot tub from the corrosive effects of chemicals, ensures better heat retention, reduces energy costs, and extends the life of the hot tub cover. Additionally, it provides easier maintenance and a more comfortable and aesthetically pleasing experience. By upgrading to a liner with these features, you're ensuring that your hot tub remains in optimal condition for years to come while keeping energy consumption low.

Gazebo Handles

Gazebo handles on a hot tub cover refer to handles specifically placed on your hot tub cover that are situated beneath or inside a gazebo structure. These handles will be placed under the fold at arm’s length apart to lift, or reposition the cover, especially in tight spaces where access might be more limited due to the gazebo's walls or roof.

Lifter Plates

Adding aluminum supports inside your hot tub cover is a smart and necessary step if you’re planning to install a cover lifter system that requires screws or brackets for support. These internal supports provide the structural integrity and durability needed for attaching the lifter to the cover, ensuring that the mechanism functions properly and doesn’t damage the cover over time. ( None of our lifters require this upgrade, mostly used for Hot Springs, Caldera or Tiger River lifters)

Dual Aluminum C Channel

They help maintain the shape of the cover, prevent sagging, enhance the cover's insulating properties, and make the cover more resistant to external stress, weather, and chemical exposure. They also improve the performance and longevity of your cover lifter system, ensuring that the cover can be opened and closed smoothly without damage. Ultimately, dual aluminum C-channels contribute to a longer-lasting, more energy-efficient, and safer hot tub cover that can withstand years of use. (Popular for hot tub covers that are over 94” in width, All of our covers include a single C channel)

Enhancing your hot tub experience goes beyond just installation; upgrading your hot tub cover can significantly improve energy efficiency, prolong the lifespan of your spa, and enhance overall convenience. Here are some key upgrades to consider:

1. High-Quality Insulation

Investing in a cover with superior insulation helps maintain water temperature, reducing heating costs and energy consumption. Upgrading to a thicker cover with enhanced insulation properties ensures better heat retention, allowing you to enjoy your hot tub at optimal temperatures while saving on energy bills.

2. Durable and Weather-Resistant Materials

Exposure to various weather conditions can deteriorate a hot tub cover over time. Opting for covers made from durable, weather-resistant materials, such as marine-grade vinyl with reinforced stitching, can withstand harsh elements, preventing damage from UV rays, rain, and snow.

3. Vapour Barrier Enhancement

A high-quality vapour barrier on the underside of the cover prevents moisture absorption, reducing the risk of mold and mildew growth. Upgrading to a thicker vapour barrier can extend the cover's lifespan and maintain a healthier spa environment.
